At Betzillo Casino & Sportsbook, we design every promotion, welcome offer, and loyalty reward to give players genuine value — without hidden complications. These Bonus Terms and Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) apply to all promotional offers, bonuses, and free bets available on our website.

By participating in any Betzillo bonus or campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Bonus Terms, along with our General Terms & Conditions.

1. General Bonus Policy

From time to time, Betzillo may introduce casino and sportsbook promotions, including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, loyalty rewards, and special event offers.

All promotional offers are:

• Subject to these Bonus Terms and specific promotion rules listed on each campaign page

• Offered at the sole discretion of Betzillo and may be amended, paused, or withdrawn at any time

The minimum deposit required to activate any deposit-based casino bonus is AU$30, unless otherwise stated.

2. Casino Bonus Rules

Wagering Requirements

• All standard casino bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.

• Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering.

• Live Casino, Table Games, and Casual Games contribute 3% toward wagering.

Bonus Usage

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must complete the wagering requirements first.

• Once forfeited, a bonus and its associated winnings cannot be reinstated.

• Players must wager real cash balances before using bonus balances.

Bonus Expiry

All casino bonuses expire 7 days after being credited. Unused bonus funds and winnings will be automatically voided after the expiry period.

3. Activation, Forfeiture & Withdrawal Conditions

By activating a bonus or promotion, you confirm your agreement to its stated conditions.
While a bonus is active:

• Deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.

• Players can choose to forfeit an active bonus at any time, which will remove both the bonus funds and any related winnings.

• A player may withdraw their deposit before meeting the wagering requirements, but in doing so, the bonus and its winnings will be voided.

Once forfeited or expired, a bonus cannot be reactivated.

4. Bonus Abuse & Fair Play

Betzillo promotes fair gaming and reserves the right to investigate any bonus abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity.

Abuse includes (but is not limited to):

• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses

• Depositing only to receive free spins or withdraw real funds without wagering

• Using delayed game rounds, unfinished spins, or bonus stacking tactics

• Exploiting misconfigured bonus campaigns

If Betzillo determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we may:

• Void all active bonuses and associated winnings

• Close or suspend the player’s account

• Refuse withdrawals and confiscate remaining balances

Betzillo reserves the right to adjust player balances if a bonus configuration error is identified.

5. Loyalty & Ongoing Promotions

Every registered player automatically joins the Betzillo Loyalty Club, featuring 10 progressive levels — from Amberflame to Pyrocryst.

Players earn BZ Points through deposits and wagers, which can be redeemed for:

• Free spins

• Wager-free VIP bonuses

• Cashback offers

• Exclusive instant rewards

Loyalty rewards are governed by these Bonus Terms and may change without prior notice.

6. Sportsbook Bonus Rules

Betzillo also offers a range of sportsbook promotions, including free bets and “Bet & Get” campaigns. Each promotion includes its own specific rules displayed in the Sportsbook Promotions section.

Free Bets General Rules

• The stake is not returned with winnings.

• Winnings from Free Bets are credited as real cash and can be withdrawn.

• Free Bets cannot be split, combined with real-money wagers, or used for system bets.

• Free Bets must be used in full and within 7 days of being credited.

• Voided or cashed-out bets will not qualify toward any Free Bet promotion.

Eligibility

• To qualify, your real money bet must meet the stated minimum odds (usually 1.80) and stake amount shown in the promotion details.

• Only bets placed with real money qualify — not with other bonuses or Free Bets.

• Free Bets cannot be used to trigger additional promotions.

7. “Bet & Get” Sportsbook Promotions

To claim a “Bet & Get” offer:

1. Place a qualifying pre-match or in-play bet meeting the promotion’s minimum stake and odds (typically 1.80 or higher).

2. Once your qualifying bet settles, your Free Bet will be credited automatically.

3. Free Bets are valid for 7 days.

4. The stake amount of the Free Bet is not returned with winnings.

These offers cannot be combined with other promotions and may be modified or discontinued at Betzillo’s discretion.

8. Misuse & Termination Rights

If any suspicious or exploitative activity is detected, Betzillo reserves the right to:

• Revoke bonuses and winnings

• Block access to future promotions

• Close accounts permanently without refund

All decisions made by Betzillo management regarding bonus eligibility, abuse, or disputes are final.

9. Responsible Bonus Use

Betzillo encourages players to use bonuses responsibly. Promotions are meant to enhance entertainment, not to create risk or encourage excessive play. Players can self-exclude from all promotional offers at any time by contacting support@betzillo.com.

10. Final Provisions

Betzillo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any bonus campaign or these Bonus Terms at its sole discretion.
